Techno Stampers Sketch Challenge

What a fun sketch we have today. MaryJo provided us again with a great layout for this week’s challenge.

Here it is:

TSSC145

It’s actually a pretty easy layout and I can see it used with so many different stamps and patterned papers!

Here is what I came up with:

day of gratitude_tssc145

I’ve used my “Day of Gratitude” Stamp Set because I still had it out from class yesterday. The DSP I used is called “Autumn Spice”. The image was stamped in Old Olive onto white CS and cut out BY HAND  :-)

I did some sponging in Cajun Craze on the oval and the long strip. I also used some shimmer spray on the oval! The Olive Ribbon and the flower Designer Button are just perfect together (I think). And I recycled! I used the tiniest snipped of linen thread that was left on my desk. But I managed to get it through those tiny holes in the button AND tied it in a double knot. I think that’s what took the longest on this card…

Make sure to check out MaryJo's Blog to see what the other participants came up with...

  3. Speaking as someone who just celebrated a birthday a few days ago, your colors are perfect for this time of year - so warm and
cozy. Great job cutting out that leaf!
