This is card #2 of Stamp-a-Stack this month... On this card I used the backside of the embossed butterflies background for a more subtle look and more neutral ribbon...
To achieve the "multi colored" look of the small flower, we first inked up the image in the lighter color and then used a sponge dauber to add some darker ink onto the previously inked up image... then stamped on white CS... very easy and so pretty!
And here is the same card, with the butterfly background the normal way and sparkly ribbon:
