Bubble Over

Today I made a card that is not my usual color choice LOL... but I try to push myself to use those bright colors every now and then!

For the background:

I spritzed the watercolor paper with water first, then placed the mask over and sprinkled Brusho crystals over it and spritzed some more water on it...
