I may have used it in the non-traditional way, but hey it worked! I stamped the components of the larger butterfly in Soft Sky, Lost Lagoon and Island Indigo... added the body in black, then die cut it with the detailed framelit from the Butterflies kit, not the bold one. And it gives a cool patterned look. You could just use is as is ... or do like I did, cut a solid butterfly and layer it underneath for that extra pop...

I had so much fun making this card, that I decided share with me stamping friends that came to this month's Stamp-a-Stack over the last 3 days ;-)
See, sometimes you get an extra SURPRISE when you come stamp with me... heheheheee. Just because I can!
Oh and if you worry about getting the little pieces out of detailed dies... worry no more! Follow these steps:
Layer items from bottom to top
- Magnetic Platform or Multipurpose platform closed
- clear cutting pad
- Wax Paper (to protect the cutting sheet from the residue in the dryer sheet)
- 2 pieces of Dryer Sheet (just large enough for the die)
- CS to be cut
- Wax Paper
- Framelit
- clear cutting pad
-> roll 3 times for extra pressure
Voila!
