Lovely as a Tree (Brusho experiment gone wrong?)

Oh boy... I had an idea in my head and went to execute it but then sort of goofed.... I still made a card out of it and post it first... will explain below...

I stamped the trees in VersaMark ink  onto glossy white CS and only heat set them... then I spritzed it with water and sprinkled my Brusho crystals over it.... To activate the colors, I was going to spritz with water again, thinking I would get nice rich colors and the VersaMark would repel the brusho and show the trees pretty crisp. WELL, when I reached for my spray bottle to activate the crystals... I have the bottle that is filled with rubbing alcohol close by and used it by accident.

I think because of that my background colors are much more muted than I had hope and the "white trees" did not stand out as well. SOOOO, I did not throw it out... I simply stamped the same trees over top, but moved a little to one side and used black ink. No we have them and a "ghost image". Still turned out cool...
