Winter Woods and brayering

So yesterday when I worked on my cards for Stamp-a-Stack this month, I created a brayered background. I had used  Mango Melody for the top and Seaside Spray for the bottom, thinking it would make lovely water.... WRONG! It has more of a purple hue than a blue and did not work for what I needed it. So I put it aside... then used it today and gave it a touch up... I brayered with Night of Navy over the Seaside Spray and Cajun Craze over the Mango Melody, but let both still show through some... then flipped it and made the blue the sky and the "brown-ish" the ground...

I used the zigzag looking stamp from Waterfront to create more depth below the trees... Another piece of cardstock saved from the trash ;-)
