First Greek Isles Achievers Blog Hop

Welcome to the first Blog Hop for the Greek Isles Incentive trip achievers! I am so very excited to have earned this trip and therefore being able to participate in these hops!

This month we are going to showcase more samples from the Holiday catalog.... because it is such a great catalog!

I am going to share a card that was sooooo much fun to make as I used Holiday items to make a non Holiday card!

A friend stated when looking at the "Christmas Bulb Builder" punch in the catalog, it "almost" looks like a shoe print... Well, this just opened up my idea box. And here is my creation:

Isn't that a fun and unexpected way to use this punch. So if you were wondering....nope it's not just to make light bulbs and Christmas bulbs.. Give it a try! Also I used the "Happy" from the "Merry Christmas" thinlits and combined it with the "Happy Birthday Gorgeous" stamp set. Another win in the versatility department!

I've also used our "Frost White" Shimmer paint! I put a little on a plastic plate and mixed in a drop of Early Espresso re-inker, then added water and splattered across the background.. What was left on the plate, I sponged on the ribbon because I didn't want it to go to waste. And because I acted fast so that the paint wouldn't dry, I grabbed a retired ribbon (oops! Sorry). However. you can do that with any white or light colored ribbon so I decided not to re-do that part... going to put that ribbon in another bin NOW!
