"Try This Technique" Sunday

Today's were are having fun playing around with Baby Wipes ;-) This technique has been around for such a long time that I had totally forgotten about it.
When I started to get ready for my stamp club projects, I've turned to the Stampin' Up! Demo website for my research and checked out their technique library. This is where I was reminded of this fun and easy technique.
