Grand Vacations Achievers Blog Hop - Inspired by Project Life

Welcome to the Grand Vacation Achievers Blog Hop for October. This month our theme is "Inspired by Project Life". We hope you find great inspiration from the projects. Oh and, don't worry! Project Life is not just for scrapbooking! I love using the printed cards on my greeting cards. Makes it really quick!

If you are reading my blog in an email, please be sure to click over to my blog to see the hop list on the very bottom.

You may just be starting the blog hop here at my blog - Claudia Perry or may have come from the person previous to me in the list. If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all the projects. At the moment you are visiting Claudia Perry.

So let me jump in and show you the card I made with the Project Life card kit called "This is the Life":

I decided to make a Christmas card especially because you would not think of Christmas when you look at the colors in this card collection. But as you can see... it works ;-) I simply used the colors for the ornaments and holly as well.

The card that I've used is one of the large ones in the kit and because of that I cut my cardstock 6 1/2 by 9 (folded in half here). And since that's larger than the usual card, I made an envelope from scratch with the help of my trusty envelope punch board. The envelope paper was cut to 8 7/8 square and then scored at 3 3/4...
