This week for our Bloggers Challenge Group we were to use a punch as the main focus. Well, there was one idea in my head. I had seen this "Faux Dry Embossing" before and wanted to give a try for a long time. So I made my card... The backgroud could almost look as if it was dry embossed, but all I did was glue white flower punchies onto white cardstock... all over! How is that for "main focus" ;-)
It was very hard to take a picture of this card, because it would either not show the white flowers or the color of the card was wrong. I decided I'd rather have the color off then the background. Sooooo, even though you may not be able to tell - the color of the cardstock is "Elegant Eggplant", it's NOT black!

LOVE it! Yeah, another one to case and show at my workshop tomorrow! (will give you credit, of course!) Thanks for the inspiration!
