Get ready for the Butterflies

As promised yesterday, I am posting the next hostess gift I made. It was for the hostess last night... And I am able to post it now:

I had to get some detective help from Dillie to find out Bailey's favorite colors. And you may guess them right... Its Pink and Purple!

I've cut the larger Butterfly from purple fun foam with the Butterfly die and BigShot. For the smaller butterfly I used pink fun foam, but cut out a square first, then attached it to a square cut from our new awesome sticky pages and then cut it out with the die. Then I've peeled off the other protective sheet from the sticky part and added pink chunky glitter. The butterflies are attached together with rhinestone brads (tied onto flip flops and also some glue added underneath)...

Initially had bought a pair for myself too, but after I tied on all those little pieces of ribbon, I decided I needed a break from that for a couple of days before I do more of that :-)

I really love how they've turned out! I may make mine when the Ribbon Split order comes in and see if I can use SU! ribbon only. I am planning to take them to Hawaii with me at the end of the month!
