Just a few days ago I told you I made 2 cards in Purple/Yellow… Well today I have one of my Stamp-a-Stack sessions and I can share the other card now too!
The card I had created per request is this one:

Stamp Set: Vintage Labels
Card Base = Eggplant Envy
Layers of… Lovely Lilac and Crushed Curry Patterns DSP
The Label stamp was inked up with Lovely Lilac first and then the outer edge rolled over the Eggplant Envy inkpad (Rock & Roll). The Greeting was stamped in Eggplant Envy. The label was punched out with scallop circle punch and layered onto a black scallop circle.
But you see I couldn’t just use this one “as is” for the Stamp-a-Stack card because it used DSP that I don’t have enough of, so I re-created it for this event.
I thought we should just make our own DSP and went from there. This is what it looks like:
The “DSP” was created with the stamp set “Little Flowers”. And instead of the DSP strip I’ve used Crushed Curry Polka Dot Ribbon…

Card #2 has nothing to do with Purple! I aimed for a completely different look:
When I created this card I didn’t have the new Old Olive Satin Ribbon on hand and just used the white one. But the cards being made today and tomorrow have the Olive Ribbon on it and that ribbon looks GREAT!

Love your butterfly cards. I am so glad that I have an original from you. I have those butterflies but haven't played with them yet. I love the glitter on the large butterfly. Very cute!
