Techno Stampers Sketch Challenge

Oh WOW – where did last week go??? I did not post since last Monday… shame on me! And then I finally make a card for MaryJo’s Monday Challenge and I forget to post before club started last night… Yikes.

So I am a day late for this challenge… so I better hurry and show you the layout we were given:

TSSC142

And I took a little liberty with the sketch… not too much though:

monday challenge

Where the square on the sketch is, I’ve used a leaf… that’s not to different. But then I decided I needed another one for balance!

By the way… I am so thrilled on how the leafs turned out with the veins! I used, get ready for this!….the “Manhattan Flower” embossing folder. It works PERFECT! The color used, you guessed right, is “Cherry Cobbler”! And the DSP is from the Regals Patterns DSP Pack. The ribbon is the 5/8” Satin Ribbon in white. And, YES! I had to use some shimmer spray :-) The stamp set used is called “A Word for you” and it has another line under “Happy birthday” which I really don’t care for much. So I just used the Cherry Cobbler Marker and inked up only what I wanted to use!

Make sure to check out MaryJo's Blog to see what the other participants came up with...
