Today we are playing with a pretty neat technique called “Inlaid Embossing”. All you need for it is either punched or die cut shapes from colored cardstock or DSP and white cardstock for the background and an embossing folder… You’ll glue the shapes to the white cardstock and then texture it with an embossing folder that has a tighter pattern.

The medallion image from the “Bliss” stamp set was used to create a very pretty and subtle background… Of course I had to use the shimmer mist on the textured background :-) You may have to click on the image to enlarge it and see the details…
