BTW - before I forget, the strip on the bottom was of course black & white too, but I brayered it with Old Olive ink so it would stand out a little more...
And here is the original sketch:
But that layout of course didn't work with the stamp set I had in mind using. I knew my oval had to be in portrait! So I simply, turned the sketch...
And that worked!
So I guess I just wanted show you today that you are not limited to what a sketch looks like at first sight. You can always rotate it and interpret it the way you need it ;-)
