An unlikely Pair, sort of

Today when I sat down to make a card to share, I still had a piece of the Season of Cheer DSP on my desk, so I decided to use it. When I looked at it, the color combo Soft Sky and Mossy Meadow as sell as the branches spoke to me... so I pulled out a set that you really wouldn't pair with Christmas normally... and made this card:

I simply die-cut the ornament from watercolor paper. Then stamped the branch in Mossy Meadow, and watercolored over it right away, without picking up any more ink from pad. The ink from stamping the image was enough to color with my Aqua Painter.

I also wanted to show you a close up of my glittered up lines:

The fine-tip glue pen sure comes in handy for stuff like that ;-)
