Welcome to our monthly Blog Hop for the Maui Incentive trip achievers! I can't wait to see what the other participants will share with us...
While we are all dealing with the current situation and adhering to Shelter -in-place orders, our time to craft with friends has be cut out of our lives for time being... So I hosted a ZOOM meeting with some of my crafting friends where we would craft in our own homes in front of the camera and chat.. and sip...
I challenged them to a"theme" .. this time I asked them to chose 1 piece of Designer Series Paper, a max. of 2 coordinating colors of cardstock, they can add neutrals and it had o have a die-cut shape or punched shape. Embellishments were ok to use.
I chose the pretty new DSP "Ornate Garden" and coordinating cardstock in Terracotta Tile and Daffodile Delight. ..I came up with this fairly simple card myself...
Please keep in mind I had to "entertain" the ladies or get the conversations started and help everyone with the technology aspect as much as I could... since it was pretty new to all of us... LOL
I was pretty excited that I remembered an old trick... I adhered the 2 daisies together, punched a hole in the center.... tied a double knot into the ribbon and then fed both end of the ribbon from the front to the back and adhered the ends so that the ribbon will not pull back out...
