Poppy Moments - Paper Piecing

The other day while cutting out some poppies I saved some of the black inside pieces from the detailed cut because I wanted to piece them back into a second color... Today made a card with the flowers:

The saved pieces:

I covered thick white cardstock with double sided adhesive sheets before die-cutting a solid and a detailed flower:

I then layered the detailed piece onto the solid piece:

And finally added the black pieces back into the flower:

If you are wondering about the black and white striped DSP... well OOOOPS, I used a piece of the retired "Golden Honey Specialty DSP" from Sale-a-Bration, because I had my mind set on the strips LOL...
