Blogger’s Challenge – A Sketch

You know me… I like those challenges the best. It easily guides me on what to do, it’s like a jump off point.

This week we were given this sketch:

BCfebsketch

And because I needed a Birthday card, I sat right down and whipped out this card:

fifth ave_sketch challenge

O.K. so maybe my circle is a little bit bigger. But, that’s the beauty with these sketches you can interpret them slightly different and it’s just fine…

The technique on the rose is called “Reinker Spread” and you can read up on it on one of my prior blog entries, found here.

Items used in short: “Fifth Ave. Floral” and “Well Scripted” Stamp Sets, Rich Razzleberry & Apricot Appeal CS and re-inkers, Aqua Painter, Shimmery White CS for technique, Naturals White CS, White CS, Razzleberry Lemonade DSP, Scallop Trim Punch, VersaMark ink, black EP, white Craft ink, Polka Dot embossing folder, dimensionals, Ribbon.

Have a great Friday…
