Color Combo

Well yesterday I sort of took the day off! My hubby and I had a day of things to do together… from taking my car serviced, take Sam to the Vet… then we picked up my car, went to eat at Olive Garden… Then I had booked us a foot massage. Let me tell you… it was heavenly! I didn’t expect all this, but we also got our neck, part of the back, arms and hands massaged before they want on to our feet. If you’re local you need to check out “Day Spa Rejoice” by clicking here! After that we went to the movies and did some shopping after that. Sorry, no time for stamping!

But I am back today with a card for you! I’ve used the “color lab” site. I have a button in the right column of the blog too..

I selected “Cherry Cobbler” because I had some pre-cut CS from my stamp club Make-and-Take… and pushed the “search” button… then I looked over the list and decided to use it in combination with “Early Espresso”, “Pear Pizzazz” and “Whisper White”.

This is what I came up with:

friends never fade_colors

Stamps: “Friends never Fade” and “A Word for You”
CS: Naturals White for the card base, Greenhouse Gala DSP, Early Espresso, Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler
Inks: Early Espresso Pad, Cherry Cobbler & Pear Pizzazz Markers

I used our new Stitched-Poly Ribbon in Pear Pizzazz and it is some pretty ribbon, I tell ya! Much nicer IRL than the catty!

I’ve done some sponging and distressing and of course some shimmer mist is also there…

I hope you are enjoying the rest of your Sunday!
