Today I decided to pull out a color that I haven’t used in a while… Concord Crush. And I really don’t even know why I haven’t used it lately, it is such a rich/dark purple! A colors that can’t be forgotten! It almost calls out “make an elegant card!”…
And so I did:
Supplies
Stamps:
Clearly For You, Sincere Salutations
Paper:
Concord Crush, Whisper White, Basic Black, Naturals White
Ink:
Concord Crush
Accessories:
Striped Ribbon, Antique Brad, Dimensionals
Tools:
Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder, Decorative Label Punch, Scallop Squares Duo Die
If you click on the photo you should be able to see how the background looks sort of distressed…
Tip: To achieve this look, I simply took the Concord Crush Ink Pad and pulled it over the textured CS. And since the pattern is so deep, it will only ink up the raised pattern!
