For my stamp club hostess I had a very special flower to offer.
Here it is:
I started out with a cheapy pen and cover it with DSP:
Then I made my pretty flower topper. Look at the tons of layers:
I’ve used a button and brad for the center, but you can also fill it in completely with smaller flower punches that are cut in and made fluffy!
I didn’t want to attach the topper permanently to the pen… in case you wanted to put in a new mine, you can take the top off:
This way this flower will NEVER wilt. These are actually pretty easy to make! Just a lot of curling …
These make great gifts AND you know they can’t “walk off” as easy as regular pens, because they don’t fit into a pocket *hehehe*. May have to make some for my craft room!
