Here is what I came up with:
I wanted to this background ever since I bought this set! It's so very easy! You take a clear stamp block, ink it up with ink... THEN... you spritz shimmer spray (rubbing alcohol mixed with shimmer paint or Vanilla Smooch paint) directly onto the ink on the clear block... Then you stamp that onto whisper white cardstock... Once dry, you can stamp over it...
Here is a close up, maybe you can see the shimmer a bit better:
BTW - I've used our distressing tool around the edges to give it a rustic look. It is on the retirement list. So if you don't have one yet, see if it's still available today...
