Sweet Soiree

One of the projects at OnStage was an adorable gable box, you know that new silver ones from the occasions catalog? If you missed those, run to page 13 NOW. They are way cute! Well I only did the stamping but just now assembled it because I wanted it to survive the traveling... And now I am ready to share this beauty with you!

It's pretty difficult to capture the silver box because the light reflecting making it look white. But believe me it's SILVER!

And look at that pretty DSP, it has silver foil lines! GORGEOUS!

Fruit Basket

When I went to OnStage in November, one of the make-and-takes were these cute tags made with the bundle called Fruit Basket. Well the one the right should have only had the pear, but since the strawberry stamp and punch was also on the table, I simply couldn't resist and added it...

I do want tot point out that the tags started out with just a rectangular piece of Designer Series Paper and we clipped off the corners and made the hole using the "lemon/lime/watermelon punch". How nifty is that!?

But then I decided that I really have "no use" for just little tags and made them both into cards!

I love how those cards turned out and think the Fruit Basket bundle is just so stinkin' adorable that I will use it lots!

Butterfly Basics without Butterfly

Today I am back to show you one of the Swap cards. This one was in the group that I got to make myself. Meaning fellow demo Carol Smith designed the card and brought the supplies for us to make the card.

I love the fern from the stamp set a lot, so I am drawn to it naturally ...the card was very easy to make and I could see a stack made with various sentiments...

I also like how we stamped the background with the marbled stamp and then stamped the fern right over it... something that I haven't considered before.
