By The Dock (Z-Fold)

I needed a masculine card the other day and sat out to make something special.... I had so much fun making this Z-fold card!

Here are the details you may need if you want to create something similar:

WHISPER WHITE THICK 4-1/4″ X 11″
• SCORE AT 2-3/4″ & 5-1/2″
• SCRAPS FOR STAMPING
PRETTY PEACOCK CARDSTOCK 1″ X 11″
• SCORE AT 2-3/4″ & 5-1/2″ (when adhering it to the card, you simply reverse the folded panels so the larger part is adhered to the front of the card and only part of the strip... and the smaller part is adhered  to the "inside" of the card)
 DSP
• 4″ X 5-1/4″
• TWO AT 4″ X 2-1/2″

By the way, the DSP page is Gray Granite and I brayered over the top part in Pacific Point ;-)

Snowman Season

Today Rob is having his shoulder surgery so I planned ahead and decided to share a swap card with you since I didn't know when we'd be coming home from Ft. Benning...

This card was created by fellow demo Sandy C.  - and I think it's way cute!

This card has a bit of a different fold... see:

The card base is a piece of cardstock that is 5 1/2 by 5 1/2 and is scored at 1 1/4 to create the front panel. Then the DSP layer is 4 by 5 1/4 and was attached to the inside of the panel. And a strip of DSP 5 1/4 by 1 was added to the outside/front... How clever - this is another layout that I will need to copy ;-)

Healing Hugs

Today I simply added a little support ribbon to a Get Well (swap card) to show that it can also be combined with other sets...

This card is a bit different fold then our usual cards. It is 4 1/4 by 8 1/4 and scored at 2 3/4 on the log side, which gives you the small panel on the left and the regular card (5 1/4 by 4 1/4) on the right...
