Still Scenes

I am using up some of extra cut pieces from Stamp-a-Stack today... I always like when I have supplies that want to be made into a card

Here is my creation:

It was bit difficult to capture the subtle textured background because of the shiny dome... so hopefully this view will show it better:

Oh and by the way I dyed the "Seaside Spray" metallic ribbon with Night of Navy re-inker liquid and rubbing alcohol mix... to make it a little card and match better with my colors ...

Sailing Home, September 2019 Stamp-a-Stack card #2

And on today's card I've combined the Sailing Home bundle with the Christmas bundle called "Still Scenes" to show that it can be used all year long!

If you have never done a shaker card you might think it's difficult. But not with our domes! Here is a little video from the event this morning. It's a life recording and not edited so you can hear some chatter and questions... feel free to fast forward to parts that are more important to you:

Paper Pumpkin - Christmas Shaker Cards

Well this week I was working on the Christmas Shaker cards from the October Paper Pumpkin kit and was not paying close attention that the acetate pieces are actually 2 different sizes for the 2 cards. And because of that, I ended up with one last square that was just a little to small for the tree card.  So I made an alternative version. Here is the "original":

And here is my version that is not a shaker, but still dimensional!

You can't really see it really well in the picture, but I splattered "Wink of Stella" over the background trees!

And here is the 2nd shaker card from the kit:

These cards were so easy to put together -I was amazed!
