Celebrate Sunflowers... in neutrals!

When I think of sunflowers, of course, yellow and orange comes to my mind... and I have a hard time using other colors then... but I have seen the new sunflower bundle used in many different colors and though I should give it a try too.

While I am not that adventurous, I at leas was able to create a card in neutral colors and not the traditional yellow/orange

Using the Gray Granite and white, sort of gives it a more modern/cool look... then I used the NEW "Cinnamon Cider" cardstock to bring a bit warmth back in ...

I also splattered Early Espresso ink over the textured cardstock, but you have to look very closely to see that in this picture...

Painted Poppies

I am just in Poppy Heaven! I am so happy with 2 bundles and can use either or both combined.  Today I was in a more traditional poppy color mood...

You can color in the images or achieve an easy and "messy" water color look if you use the solid "splotch" stamp like I did with the large blossom. It is not created to line up with the outline image, so don't try and go crazy over it LOL
